Bio

I was "Bulldog Fan". Since I am adding information to memorials of deceased American soldiers buried in Europe, I decided to change it to "WWII History Fan".

I have added inscriptions to about 4,000 memorials at the
Brittany American Cemetery and Memorial in France for the American soldiers buried there. That was a busy time.

I have just added inscriptions to about 8,000 memorials at the
Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery and Memorial in Belgium so it has been a busy time for me. My uncle, John Dennis Aderhold, is buried there. He was KIA fighting against the Nazi Germans during World War II and is buried there with many other brave souls.

I have entered over 3,000 grave memorials from the Westview Cemetery in Atlanta and 2,000 memorials from Mozley Memorial Cemetery. I have added about 1,000 grave memorials from the Douglasville City Cemetery and over 2,000 grave memorials from the Mount Harmony Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Cobb County. I have added many grave memorials and pictures from Sunrise Memorial. If I make any mistakes, please let me know. If you want memorials transferred, you must be related to them. You can use my pictures, but I would like to have credit for them.

I was happy to created Tom Petty's memorial #183916674. I like his music. However, FindAGrave now has management of this memorial.

FindAGrave.com has been purchased by Ancestry.com which means that anything that appears in FindAGrave could appear in Ancestry.com. This also means that data from both web sites could last hundreds of years.

When I take pictures of headstones, if the other name has a born date but no death date, I sometimes put a piece of paper over the birth date to save that persons identity from being displayed on the internet.

When anyone takes a picture that has been "requested" and post it on find-a-grave, then a "thanks" would be appreciated.

Kindness is a 2 way street. Rude or snide comments are a 2 way street too.

The below is for my information to copy and paste.
