|Please note that I am no longer actively adding memorials or photographing markers.|
I know personally what it's like to not know where members of my family are buried It is my main hope that through my photographic efforts, I can help someone find their lost ancestors and possibly see their markers for the first time.

Thank you for all the work you have done. I have a number of ancestors in Mt. St. Joseph's cemetery.
The above memorial has been changed to show a death place in San Joaquin County. I believe that is incorrect and would like to either modify the entry to the former information
Birth: unknown Death: 1961
Note: Exact year of birth is unknown. Marker indicates year of birth during the 1870's.
I have death and burial information for Mary G. Silveira, my great-grandmother. Her spouse, Antone J. Silveira (#25798762) is also buried there and has a similar gravestone. I would like to link to him and to Mary's parents who are also buried in the cemetery.
Sorry to bother you with this, but because of the number of family members that can be linked I want to have the correct information.
Thanks again--Diane George (#48252950)

Would you please remove the headstone photo on this memorial for Sarah Sherman Perry, turns out this Sarah Perry is not in Mountain View and has been moved.

While reading Adm. Bender's Bio I noticed a small error.
CGAS Elizabeth City is in North Carolina.
I am not sure if this applies to any of your posts, but an all-to-common-error is to refer to The Medal of Honor as The Congressional Medal of Honor. Basically Congress has nothing to do with the MOH it is a Presidential award.
Keep up your good work. Just getting into Find-A-Grave I see there is tons of work that become addicting and that leads to burnout.

Thanks for the great photos you have added. I hope it is ok to use the one attached to the above to illustrate a project I am involved in to honour the soldiers of Mossley. It will be used locally in the local heritage community it that's Ok

May I add your photograph of F. W. Young to his Memorial Page on the IWM Digital Memorial?
|dusty_papers||Memorial# 17221994 Lieut. Joseph Chedel, Jr.|
Just checking to see if you are a relative of Joseph Chedel, I am considering putting in for a replacement headstone, because it has, since 2006, fallen over and is now chipped. So wanted to see if people who left virtual flowers are related to him. I am a descendant of his 2nd cousin. Thanks :)

My key pad went a little crazy--so didn't get message finished
I am Deanna French--a Vermont Civil War buff, trying to identify the last resting places of many of our "old soldiers" of the Civil War.If permission granted, I would post in on the Vt.C.W site ( www.vermontcivilwar.org)
You would receive credit.
Thank you for your consideration.
