Brooklyn NY born and raised. I got into cemeteries when I started doing grave rubbings and soon found many cemeteries did not allow that. It morphed into pics. I have been sending my pics and contributions to Findagrave since 1998. I tend to gravitate to the smaller family plots then the larger cemeteries. I am retired from NYPD and living in Katy TX now.|

EMMA LOUISE KENYON, BIRTH RECORD, 13 APRIL 1863, CAN YOU CHECK IF THE MARKER STATES 17 APRIL 1863?
Would you mind copying the picture of Ellen from her husband Oscar's memorial and nabbing yourself my photo request without leaving your home? This is my great-grandmother's sister. thanks!

Hi! I noticed you provided the picture for the Kimball Family Lot #44 in RI... https://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&GScid=2233132&GRid=28942594&CRid=2233132&
I have been to the site and see no sign nor any marker so I am curious if those were stock photos, if the GPS location for the site is incorrect or (sadly) if someone has removed/vandalized/obscured the entire site. Daniel Kimball and Lydia Kimball are my 6th great grandparents so any help would be appreciated...
If these were indeed actual photos, I will start by contacting the local police to realize that a crime has occurred by disrupting them but I don't want to go that route if there is a better explanation for the "disappearence"
Thanks again for any insight!
Robert F. Kimball

Just found your gravestone photo on Aliceʻs memorial page... she is a distant relative thru a marriage... may I use the photo on my private family tree? I always give credit to find a grave members who share their photos with me... thanks so much...

Many thanks for transferring the memorial for Mary; I've visited her grave several times. I've been earnestly trying to sort out the family members and burial locations for members of her family, as there has been dispute as to where her parents and grandparents are actually buried, despite the presence of grave markers. I've attempted to present the facts in the various memorials. Cheers...

Hi Matthew! Hope you are well. I have sent several edits to you on Cemetery SC009. I have assembled compelling evidence (2 records and the rest by ruling out every other possibility) that this is Lydia Slack, daughter of Benjamin Slack and Hannah Harris, his first wife being Phebe Fenner.
She was the widow of an unknown Berry (most of that family left Scituate after the War to NY and PA etc, and she remarried to Samuel Salisbury.
Seh and Samuel ar listed simply as S S and S L
Still trying to track down the ancestry of Elihu Cole. His daughter married their son.
Hope you are able to get to these edits in due time.
Thanks for all your photos and adds of these cemeteries.
Hello again Sir. I respectfully have another request.
I noticed the original transcriber's descriptions are not available in the descriptions area of the RI cemeteries you added here. These are extremely helpful in that they list the best estimated number of actual burials in a lot whether there is a gravestone or not, inscription or not, and other critical historical information dating back to the late 1890s early 1900s when the State originally started documenting the cemeteries.
Would you be able to add those?
Specifically the ones I recently was trying to work on and did not find that info were in Warwick WK070 WK071 and today, I found out that the so-called "Lincoln Lot" WK031 has about 28 burials and there are 6 fieldstones.
WK031 is actually the Pardon Baker Family Burial Ground designated by him in 1789. He was a Revolutionary War Veteran and this info was known to the Army in 2007 before your visit there via a study they made on the Hazardous Waste on their grounds.
The fieldstones are undoubtedly the Bakers, as it was not uncommon back then to not mark the stones, especially if the family were Quakers.

I just realized when updating some of the information on the Mathewson family in this lot I had already sent several of the edits a while ago and they are still in your pending tab.
Also when I send them I usually try to provide the backup proofs information via "other suggestions" to make it easier for you to just go ahead and click the "accept" button on your pending edits tab when you are satisfied with review of these proofs.
I hope all is well with you and you are able to get to these in due time.
