I believe that everyone deserves to have flowers on their memorials, so I try to leave as many as possible. I also hope that it gives some positive feelings to those friends or relatives who see that someone has spent a bit of time reading their loved one's memorial. Many flowers I have left are on the memorials of distant relatives (reached by following links on memorials of known relatives) but I am using different techniques now and so many are on the memorials of non-relatives.

I noticed that you left flowers on my step-mum's grave. You were the first person to do so. What a really nice thing to do! I thank you so much! Are you a relative of hers? P.S. I have also sent you an E-Mail to your contact address. Kind regards, Rick.

Hello there.
I wanted to thank you very much for leaving flowers on my late grandmother's page. Mrs. Ethel Annabelle Rhodes Wilkinson. She was a lover for genealogy and going cemetery strolling. I really appreciate it.

RE: Transcription edit submissions
That's ok. Just abiding by F.A.G. rules, which sometimes don't seem logical, but maybe they feel the all caps is shouting? :) Thanks!

RE: I see your request...
Thank you for your kind words Carolee but I transferred all my memorials over to my cousin and she now manages them for me. Thank you for your offer. I spent 12 years reading 104 years worth of local newspaper to compile an obituary database. I also just finished my book titled "Mount Carmel: One Story at a Time" I'm looking to contact Amazon in July to have them publish it.

If your heart really tugs for deceased children, please start to leave flowers for my "Lost Little Angels" Every child listed there has no headstone so they are lost for all eternity because no one knows where they are exactly in a cemetery. What tugs at my heart even more than a lost Angel is to see a headstone that simply says "Infant" of worse "Infants", no names, no dates, no nothing. I walked 5 miles to be with my parents on Easter and last year I started to leave a penny every time I visit them.

I now visit over 20 graves of children I read about and leave a penny for them too. And for today, for the first time, I left a penny for a child that simply said "Infant" It felt so good honoring this precious little Angel, I shall leave a penny for each Infant I can find. At least someone thought of them, even just for a brief moment.
