1) Joseph Silas PRESCOTT's mother was NOT "Hannah F PRESCOTT" (as seems to be in everybody's "tree") ... his mother was actually "Catherine PENNELL" .... Catherine died either giving birth to, or right after Joseph's sister, Ida, was born in Apr 1868.... Hannah F DAVIS married Joseph & Ida's father, Darius, in Oct 1868 (Hannah was married twice before she married Darius, BTW -- first to John RUSSELL (1843), 2nd to James SAMPSON (1844), then 3rd to Darius (1868)); also

2) Joseph Silas' father Darius PRESCOTT was NOT the same person as "Daniel" and/or "David" PRESCOTT...!!! "Daniel" was a half-brother, and "David" came from a different family.
