I hold an undergraduate degree in Communications from Emerson College and a Master's in Public Policy Management from The McCourt School at Georgetown University as well as a post-graduate certificate in Senior Executive Leadership (Georgetown) and a certificate from the Harvard/MIT Program on Negotiation.
