Fallen Graver

Sadly, Bianca Stout has passed away. Please consider visiting their Find a Grave memorial page and leaving some virtual flowers. Their enthusiasm for cemeteries and willingness to help future generations lives on through their contributions to Find a Grave.

Bio

I grew up in Western North Carolina. I now live in Maryland and have for several years.
I started posting cemeteries for FAG because I had a desire to see all the old cemeteries in the community listed. There was (is) a lot of unmarked graves in some of them. Soon I wanted to see more than just the name and dates, I wanted to see the parents, spouse and deceased children listed too, and sometimes getting all that information can be a problem. That obsession soon turned into more..........I
wanted to see a photo of the stone to go with the information. I did not want it to be just a "name and number." I felt if we could obtain all that information, it would be a wealth of information for future generations just waiting to be discovered.
Since I live in Maryland, getting photos of the stones was impossible for me. I had a lot of help from friends and family in the community doing stones when I needed them. I also had some great help (still do) from FAG contributors in other communities. Then...........something wonderful happened.

God sent me some great help! Sam and Glenda Harmon. They are the greatest! They go out in the community and do complete cemeteries for our project. We grew up together, so they share my feelings about the old cemeteries. They are very much involved and are a part of everything. It could not be done the way we do it without them. It's all a team effort. We want it to be complete and accurate.

We hope if you see any information you feel is not correct, write us. If you see a mistake, let us know, we will appreciate it and we will always respond to all requests.
