Thank you so much for your work on this. I have never visited nor seen photos of my great-great Uncle until now.

Thank You. I will fill in his info.

Thanks for doing an find a grave entry on my grandfather John Geiser. I was wondering why John? Thanks again for your effort.
Nancy McGowen is my Great Aunt and Lillian Willis is one of her nieces as Dorwin was her only child.
Lillian is daughter of John & Edna Mcgowen.
Lillian & Dorwin were cousins.
Nancy was a sister to Edna and a sister-in-law to
John McGowen. Nancy had been married to George McGowen.

I am working on a project to identify the last resting places of many "Old Soldiers" that had ties to Vermont in the Civil Wat. Howard Chapin is one such patriot, having served in the 4th Vermont Infantry.
May I use the monument photo that you contributed to his Find A Grave Memorial, to post on the Vermont Civil War site? ( www.vermontcivilwar.org)
You would receive credit for this.
Thank you for your consideration.

There is an oral interview with George Eugene Blackmer, in which he speaks of his mother's, Hannah Martha Hockaday, first husband Charles Mohler. Stating that he died during the flu epidemic of 1918 and was brought to the Green Mountain Cemetery for burial. Hannah Martha Hockaday, and Charles Mohler had two children. Chester Edmond Mohler b. 1916 and Robert E. Mohler b. 1918 ( which I am searching for their burial locations)... If you would like to listen to the ORAL INTERVIEW with George Blackmer, or one of the many more available... George's may found online at:
