Bio

I have been researching our family history for over 40 yrs. I love finding roots and branches to a family tree. Our family connections are Palmer, Aulick, Hamilton, Lea, Wells, DeJarnette, VanDeren, Sanders, VanHorn, Broadwell, McMillin, Desha, Duffy, Renaker, Lemmon, Bennett, Lake, Baugh, Benefiel, Perrin, Holmes, Bronnenberg, Gooding, Hinton, Horrall, Arms, Forkner, Mercer, Cunningham, Arms, Boyers, Summers, Bennett, Holmes, VanDyke, Journey & Magee families and little twigs off of them. My husband is 7th generation Harrison Countian, so I believe he is connected to everyone here. I have lived in Fla. & Ind. Been married 43 years, live in the great Commonwealth of Ky. My hobbies include crocheting, taking care of our 2 cats, lighthouse hunting and collecting, visiting National Parks, and battlefields, have traveled in 48 states, and all the provinces of Canada. My greatest joy in life is being a grandma to 5 beautiful little girls, and a handsome grandson.

NOTE: As one of F.A.G.'s great contributors John Boyd has passed away, I now have management of his Harrison Co., Ky. memorials. John's memory will live forever thru his contributions to F.A.G...thank you John.

I have written these family books:
"From Roots to Branches - Adam Renaker 1750-2008"
"From Roots to Branches - Palmer Family"
"From Roots to Branches - VanDeren Family"

(It has been brought to my attention that
there are some people posting cemetery
listings on FAG that they get by going to
their local libraries and copying from work
done by others. Then they 'restrict' your entering info on anyone without their ''permission'' or you HAVE to send
them the info for them to enter.

I will not have any contact with those
people. All they are doing are looking
for their 'glory' in the number of names
that they can post.

If someone wants to post info to anything
that I have listed - I will either transfer
the listing to them or they can send me the
info and I will post it for them. I do not
restrict anyone from using my memorials -
and even will assist in making any
corrections if necessary.)

Cemeteries are a beautiful serene resting place, even for the living. They are our past, present & future. Lest we forget those that went before us.

"The Lord your God is the faithful God who for a thousand generations keeps his promises and constantly loves those who love him and who obey his commands." Deuteronomy 7:9 TLB

(if you would kindly visit my parents, it would mean so much to me..thank you
