Feel free to use any of my photographs on your Find A Grave pages or memorials or for your personal albums so long as it is according to Find A Grave policy and copyright law and you give me appropriate credit. If my photos are on a memorial you manage and you want to add your own, feel free to delete mine especially if the maximum number of photos has been reached on the memorial. "Any member may add a photo to a memorial. Each member can upload 5 photos per memorial. A memorial can have a maximum of 20 photos. Also, consider sponsoring those memorials of close friends and family. After all, it is only $5.00 and you can add those 10 extra photos to that memorial. And for life of the memorial, it will never be cluttered with advertisements again. What A Deal!

I would also like to make a suggestion to all of you who contribute to Find A Grave about grave photos. When you take a grave photo, either as a photo request or for memorials you create or manage, please either adjust your camera focus or crop the finished photo so that the inscriptions on the tombstone can be read by anyone using Find A Grave. Also, if an adequate photo of the grave is on the memorial, please do not add another since it simply prevents someone else from adding a more appropriate photo if the maximum number is reached.

I also used to travel in the Deep South and love to visit Civil War Era cemeteries in TN, AL, GA, & FL. I used to have a habit of eating a lunch of boiled peanuts, pickled pigs feet, and a 20 ounce Coke while walking through an old Southern Cemetery. I highly recommend it as a form of relaxation.
