I've been excited about doing genealogy since my cousins wrote a book about part of my family.

I currently live in the foothills of South Carolina where some of both my immigrant as well as Cherokee ancestors lived before moving on to North Carolina, Tennessee and beyond. My father's family are from Missouri and Arkansas before his parent's moved them to California where I was born.

Being a military brat I was raised all over the place including Europe. Both my parent's are former Marines.

Not much else to tell except I love my 4 legged children and will be doing genealogy the rest of my life... I especially enjoy it when it involves history!
