Born to D.B.& Alma Gertrude(Outlaw)Craig in Lee County,Texas; 1949 Graduate of Elgin High School; Bastrop County Texas and a 1969 graduate of the California State University at San Jose.
Served in the U S Navy during January 1951-to November 1954, in Seattle Washington and on the Island of Okinawa.
Was Married to the late Ruth Portus, daughter of William Portus and Harriet (Owston) Portus in 1953, have three living children. Presently residing in Oklahoma City.
