Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a retired State of CT Social Worker/Case Manager for the mentally retarded. In retirement I have become very interested in genealogy and researching old cemeteries. Currently I am President of an old Rev War Cemetery in northern New Milford and am in the process, with a small group of associates, in repairing and resetting many of the old stones in the cemetery. In addition, we have 'adopted' three of the "orphaned" cemeteries in northern New Milford (CT).My wife and I belong to the CT Gravestone Network which is comprised of a wide group of individuals dedicated to the preservation of our landmark cemeteries throughout the state of Connecticut.
I do travel and take photos of graves in the northern New Haven, northern Fairfield and southern Litchfield counties in CT
I am interested in locating information regarding the Bradbury(Hartford Co., CT), Ryley(New London Co CT), Keigwin (New London County CT) and Wyatt(eastern Delaware, eastern Maryland) families who are my direct genealogical relatives) for whom we need more information to complete our genealogies.

Lavinia Marsh Bulkley mystery
Greetings..while trying to track down my Bulkley family who came from Vermont (purportedly) I found a bit of a mystery: See Levina Marsh Bulkley death 1809 in Addison Co VT #34329684. Per headstone married to Gershom Bulkley(Buckley). Per cemetery transcriptions found at NEGHS website: Levina Bulkley died April 13 1809 age 21m wife of Gershom Bulkley, dtr of John Marsh and Abigail Wanser. You have her as dying in 1865..I suspect Gershom remarried as he had at least one living very young child (two died at the same time as Levina). I don't know if these people are related to mine...but I suspect so...still digging for proof.

Wyatt
Hi Michael, I stumbled on your profile while adding photos in Litchfield County cemeteries. For what its worth - I was at a family reunion in Hanover, PA (far southern PA) and we toured a very large cemetery, Mount Olivet, in that town. There were many Wyatts there. Hope this helps. Sorry I did this in the wrong order - I could have done some research for you!
