I have been doing genealogy for my family and my husband's family for several years. In 1852, my dad's grandfather and grandmother came from a Bavarian village called Godramstein and settled in Rochester, NY. I grew up in Rochester, and following many moves (23)due to corporate transfers, my husband and I have finally settled in Rhode Island. Our three children are grown and we have two delightful grandchildren. It is for them that I continue to research and add to our family history.
