Not sure where the new stone for Uncle Jim Grow
in Glendale Cemetery came from, but it's there and will remain..anyone that survived the war he was in,earned the right to have two headstones!

First, Thank You for all the amazing work you have done on Find A Grave! Super impressive. I'm very appreciative on contributors like yourself.
A small comment, on Find A Grave Memorial# 159157436, Vada M. Casto Holmes. You correctly, have her linked as a wife to John Harold Holmes. But she is not the mother of Harold Lionel Holmes.
John Holmes remarried after Vada died, to Bertha Gay Rutherford Holmes, who was the mother to four children with John, of which Harold Lionel Holmes was one.
If you could correct this link, I would be grateful. My source is a son of Harold Lionel "Bud" Holmes.
Many thanks and kind regards

Kenny Davis, in July 2014, I asked that you post
a picture of James Elmer Grow's new headstone in Glendale Cemetery, and you did so, now I'm told by Family, another stone has been added, when you are
in the area, could you please add a picture of the new stone, thank you!
Also, I want to give you another big THANKS for the pictures of Young and Harper Family stones in
Floral Hills Garden of Memories, in Sissonville,
and pictures of Young and Woodrum stones in the
Humphreys Church Cemetery,all are Family on my Mother's side and it makes for an easier way to do
genealogy! God Bless, JIH

I MIGHT have a photo of Joe & Mary (Painter) Goff. You photographed his gravestone. Do you know anyone researching his genealogy? I'd like to be able to post the photo to see if somebody can i.d.the folks in it.

Marriage record states she was married to
Joseph Allen Eads 1897–1992 in 1919 in Kanawha Co, WV.
Her death record states she was divorced at the time of her death. She was 44 when she died.
The photo you added of her grave marker states she had a different husband. ???
|S K||Transferring pages|
Hello, I wanted to ask if you would be willing to transfer management of 2 pages to me. Claudine "Katie" Byrne and her husband Joseph Leonard Byrne. These are my wife's grandparents and there is a bit I would like to add to them. Thank you

Can you please tell me where this Cemetery is? My family is from Allens Fork and we don't know it.
|Shelley Hill||Alice V. Miller Miller, Joseph-Tuppers Creek Cemetery|
I just thought I would tell you that this is actually Alice Virginia Byrne, d/o Joseph L. and Pearl Bosten Byrne. She was born in Kanawha County in 17 Apr 1913. She married Ira W. Miller, I haven't found their marriage record yet, but it was before 1935. She actually died 4 Apr 1988 in Brevard County, Florida.
Hope this helps you out,
Yeah, doesn't seem appropriate!
