Born and raised in Fresno, California of Alabama born parents, got into Genealogy in 1997 when I could not figure out what else to do with this computer on-line. I have built up quite a lot of pictures of old shots of the cemeteries of Clay County and Jefferson County Alabama. I have visited most of the cemeteries of my ancestors and my Wife's ancestors in Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas. A Self-proclaimed Historian with a California Historical society (E Clampus Vitus), I am visiting places of historical interest and with my trusty Dimage , Vivitar and Olympus digital cameras have been taking pictures of headstones at whatever cemeteries we may visit and Historical Monuments in our travels in California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Washington. In Fresno, I have added the 1919 biographies of early Fresno residents from the Paul E Vandor book titled "The History of Fresno County" to as many listings as I could. If you have something you would like to have added to a Bio, just drop me a line.|
I follow FindaGrave rules and usually transfer close relatives within 30 days. You can complain to the FindaGrave administrators if you want, but you will likely find they too have little patience for impatient people.

I am trying to obtain more information about Marion Smith. I notice that you created a findagrave memorial for him and linked him to his parents and step sister. Can you help me understand how you made to connection to his parents? This may be the wrong Marion since I believe he did not have a wife or children. Thank you so much.

I accidentally bumped the unclaim word on this request and was wondering if you would mind re-entering the request so I can claim it again? Sorry to be so clumsy, maybe I'm having a senior moment? 😊
Will you please correct Mary E Williams? This should be Mary E and William T Evans..the Name Evans is at the top of the headstone. Thank you!

Memorial # 132297766, by Lori Parker is a later duplicate of your memorial, if you want to do anything about it.

This section is the grass area behind St Peters maus., & the niches supporting the statue there. "Our Mother" on statue.
Hi Lester - Need to tell you that you already had a memorial for, # 89758718, will you delete it since the photo & edit are already on today's memorial?
As you may have noticed I found Our MOTHER of Perpetual Hope section. That was what the name was on her statue, not Our Lady like in the records.

She had two children from her first marriage, Frederick Charles Frantz died in 1994, and Everett Howard Frantz died in 2002, both died in Fresno, California. I have not found a memorial for them.
Thanks so much for posting on findagrave!

Lester, do you know where the Lady of Perpetual Hope section is? I'm assuming it's for cremains, but didn't see anything named that in the various areas/bldgs. for cremains, nor Tao either. I was searching for Tao Yue this A.M., finally left abt. 10 as it got too hot. Thanks for any help!

I was just reading the "Help" page. It states that you can request only 2 items per email and 5 emails per week.
