"You Live As Long As You Are Remembered" – Russian Proverb

It is an honor to help locate the final resting place of people I come across either in my own family research or while visiting cemeteries where I help to capture photographs of stones for families that do not live close enough to visit themselves. When I visit a cemetery, I photograph as many of the stones as I can so that one day, it may help someone see the inscription on a stone that may one day soon be illegible.

Each person within the pages of this site is someone important. I do not get caught up in "famous graves" because every person is just as important as the next and deserves to be celebrated and not to be forgotten. When I can determine family relations, I will add them and for some that a marker may have only a first name I try to find out who they were so that he or she can be remembered.

If you are related to an individual of a memorial I have posted (that is not one of my family memorials), I am more than happy to transfer that memorial to you if you contact me and request a transfer. I do not feel it is my place to maintain them if someone out there has a family relation.

I have been doing genealogy for close to 30 years now. My family research includes:

In the areas of Fayette County, PA and NJ and Poland: RUSSIN, RUSIN, RUSSIAN, KIELBASA, KOLBASH, MALINSKY, YEZIORO, SANTELLO, GALIK

In Pennsylvania and England: SAMPLE, KINGDOM

In Greece: DASKALAKIS
