Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've been enjoying walking the cemeteries in my area for a few years now. It's peaceful and it turns out to be quite a stress reliever!

The photos I take are for the benefit of others so please feel free to use them for your personal use or at any of the genealogy websites, including Ancestry.com. I figure the more places they go the more these loved ones will be remembered!

I have deep roots in the Dutch heritage which is very influential in my area. It's been a pleasure to take photos of the Dutch ancestors headstones knowing it has helped those in the "old country" reconnect with their US family branch.

Memorial #75436555
Hi friend...I see that her memorial is linked twice to Nick Andree. Somehow a double link?? Are you able to disengage one of the entries for her to Nick. They were each other's 2nd marriage.
I just returned from a trip and now I will work on my aunt's other relatives and look at what you have given me for Jacob Faber and his family. I plan to soon call the cemetery office where his wife is supposedly REALLY buried because I need to verify her sister's burial site for my aunt (granddaughter of that sister). Thanks for your help!

Fabers
You are the best. Thanks! I communicated with the volunteer who made Geertje's memorial page for Hillside Cemetery. He has cemetery records that show her interred there and her sister is buried next to her. I have found on rare occasions that families honored deceased by putting name and info on monuments even when body was somewhere else. I "get" why they would do that but makes our research get a bit tangled. I am going to call Hillside ofc at some point to ask whazzup. When i find out i will let you know. And...we should probably link both Geertje memorials to Jacob with notation. Stay tuned :). Thanks again.

My proposed addition
Hi Dutch Girl, my proposed addition is not correct. I followed a link that can not be correct. Hotze Annes Dykstra was not married to the person that I have been looking for. I am looking for Jennie Dykstra who was born 28 Aug 1856 Lemsterland, Netherlands and who married 3 times, first to Gerrit Schaafsma, then to Fokke (Frank) Dykstra (1856-1904) and finally to Albert K. Huisman.
