...I am a belgian living in the Verdun area of France , I live about 10 minutes from the Romagne sous Montfaucon cemetery of Lorraine --|
I just finished taking pictures in the Meuse Argonne cemetery , and will continue in Hamm luxembourg ---Once finished I intend to go to Saint Mihiel , St Avold and Belleau -to take pictures of all the markers there ... I try to do the smaller british cemeteries on my way through France and Belgium ..
Sometimes adding a complete graveyard isn t possible , as often there are headstones missing due to replacement or the stones are in very bad condition and cannot be read ---but I always try to get them done as complete as possible , so please forgive me if sometimes a few pictures are missing --because it isn t always possible to do a return journey .
Thanks to a Fb friend in Belgium, Diana Titeca , I am able to furfill some of the requests in the area where she lives --- Thank you Diana for giving me the courtesy to post ur pics for that purpose
Sorry to have to ask, but...
***Please don't take our photos and claim them as your own work***They are our property
Allow me to post them.
and please don t add more names in the Meuse Argonne site , all the names are there-
the last pictures I am adding for Corozal cemetery in Panama ( from september 2016 and later ) are made by Ultiminio Perez
COrozal american cemetery PANAMA

I can not thank you enough for the photo of George's grave. It is wonderful to know that there are people out there that will go to the trouble of doing such a great thing.

I would like to ask permission to use the image of his stone on his page for my family history book I am writing for my family. This is the only photo I have of my great uncle and we cannot find any other existing ones. I will give the proper credit to you.

|T Tabel||Thank You|
I want to thank you for taking the time to take and post images of the grave sites of American servicemen. I found the image of my great-uncle's stone, Arthur J. Evenson, who was killed Nov 8, 1918--just 3 days before the Armistice was signed. My grandfather also served, by came home safely. He was stationed in France near his brother Arthur, but did not know it. He learned of his brother's death only upon his return to the U.S.
We have not yet made the journey to his site, so this photo is all we have. It means a lot to us.
Your efforts are greatly appreciate by our family.
Thank you again.
