I have been doing genealogy since December, 1980 when my oldest daughter was just 4 months old. It was my paternal grandmother, Goldie Evelyn (Robbins) Plotner, who got me interested. I am glad I started when I did because grandma has since passed away and I cannot imagine having to start collecting information now. I am a mother of five children, three girls from my first marriage, and two step-sons that I adore when I married their father. I also have two beautiful granddaughters, Savannah Marie Cory, who just turned 4 in July of this year and Makayla Lynn Haldaman, who just turned two in June of this year. My oldest daughter Karen (Savannah's mother) is expecting my first grandson on January 19, 2009 and we are very excited. I never knew being a grandmother was going to be such a joy! I am hoping all the work I have invested in genealogy my family will appreciate one day.|
Please do not use any photos that I have taken and upload them on another web site. Please e-mail me with any corrections/additions that you feel is necessary. I will not make any corrections/additions without proof. Also, if you are requesting a memorial transfer that I have done, you may e-mail me at LMMohan40@yahoo.com or leave a public message or you can use the "Suggest A Correction" at the top right corner of the memorial(s). Most of the time I do not have a problem transferring memorials. The only time I would have a problem transferring a memorial is if the person is related to me.
JUNE, 2012: I have been getting a lot of transfer requests and I will answer each of them as quickly as possible. I do not have a problem making transfers for people that are not related to me. If you feel I have not answered your transfer request, please email me again. Rude comments will not be answered. Please always include your Find A Grave I.D. with any request you make.
September 30, 2013: My old yahoo account has been hacked. I lost everything that everyone sent me. If you sent me a S.A.C. and I have not taken care of it, please send it to me again.

I notice you have done some cataloging of St. John's Cemetery in Granite City, IL. It seems not much of it is on here. I was looking for my grandparents memorial. Do you know of any other sources for memorials in that cemetery?

Thank you for your time and trouble,

Thanks for the quick response. My "Plotner Clan" are all from Ohio. So, it doesn't appear that we have any direct link.

Would you find a way that you like for Bert and Ernie's memorials that doesn't use the " in the surname? It's mostly impossible to search that way.

|Traci's Mom||Traci Fields|
Because of you and other wonderful findagrave friends, Traci now has 5,260 flowers/tokens, and her birthday is a little over a week away. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! We appreciate you all so much.
I'm in awe! To show you more of what Traci was like, I posted the following on her memorial page,
"Traci, my angel, I can see the big grin on your face for all the flowers you're receiving on your memorial page. You're telling me, "Mom, why are you so surprised there are so many good people in this world? You should have known that....." "You're right, sweetheart, I should have known".
Traci was a person of strong faith, and GOD took excellent care of her, and helped her through all her hardships! Her faith never waivered.
GOD, bless them all, and thank you for your wonderful gift of Traci.
We've received an outpouring of so much love for Traci. I will try to get to everyone's site and leave a flower/token for at least one of their loved ones. However, there are so many of you, it will take me a while.
Sharon (Traci's mom)
|Traci's Mom||Token you left for Traci Fields|
Lisa, thank you very much for the token you left for my angel, Traci. You are certainly helping reach my goal of 5,000 tokens by her birthday, November 20th.
I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate your kindness.
