The original citation for Pte Smith's VC is for sale in an antique shop in Somerset. I am sure it should be in a museum. Can you help me find somewhere suitable? Thanks

Location of Cemetery isn't right. Bloomfield qualifies as Castleblayney, not Carrick.
I was wondering if you are a relative of Commander Edward Unwin. My grandfather was George Mackenzie Samson VC.

I think you do understand the political reasons he joined the UVF in 1913 Robert.
The main reason was to stop this flag flying over him.
He was prepared to die to stop this.
You seem to be going out of your way to insult him.

Wrong flag, it should be the Union Flag
Not that Irish rag.

Dear Mr Unwin,
I have only just become a member of Find a Grave, in view of the fact that my grandfather, Donald Dickson Farmer won his VC in the Boer War, and as it is his beloved daughter's 100th birthday this Saturday, I was delighted to see your message. Thank you for taking the time to send it.
