Tribute to John Bremond
Hello: Thank you for your tribute to John Bremond, Jr. (1841-1918, now listed as John Bremond II). However, through no fault of yours because it was worded poorly on his memorial, you have credited the wrong John Bremond with being a firefighter. Actually, it is his father, John Bremond, Sr. (1813-1866), who is credited with starting the Austin Fire Department. As a favor, kindly remove your tribute from the younger man's memorial and place it on that of his father. Thank you very much for your concern.

Robert Lomax Kirkman
Robert and Mary left England with their five children (Robert, John, Joseph, Hyrum, James) in 1856. Read all about it in the memorial for Joseph (# 71472339). My aunt, Independencia Ruth Gill, married Joseph Kirkman Jr. in Salt Lake City.

"flowers" on Confederate soldiers' graves
You're using the wrong flag on these graves. You need to remove the union flag.
