I am happy to add obituaries but please remember copyright laws and to leave out information about living people. A suggestion would be to pull out facts from an obituary rather than copying it word for word. I, have been guilty of this and am going through my memorials to update to comply to Find a Grave policies.

Do not post, transmit, or display content which is protected by copyright or trademark or that does not belong to you and that you do not have authorization for use from the owner of the copyright or trademark, including but not limited to photos, published obituaries, and other information posted in memorials.

Find a Grave… We ask that those who index and memorialize the deceased from newspapers and other third party accounts do so with full respect of copyright, refrain from adding information about living people, and respond generously to the family of the deceased.
