Bio and Links
Bio Photo BIG NEWS!!! I was flooded out of Baton Rouge and am now living in Broadway Virginia where i will continue my grave hunting. .. am always on the lookout for unusual names, have added quite a few that are the only one listed, which is hard to do on here.I will always do the edit, but do not write everybody to let them know I did..I get so many edit requests, and do not mind doing them at all...Thanks .Though I have listings in many states, most are within a days drive on my home.I really enjoy fulfilling photo requests, it is like a treasure hunt, and I like knowing I am helping a loved one connect in some small way.I love driving back roads and finding cemeteries in the middle of nowhere.I add veterans of most all the wars,as a small tribute to those that have shaped our country. But I have a special affinity for the guys of World War II.These soldiers are the reason today we are a free country and we are losing them at a rate of over 1100 a day.Take time out to thank them .And then there are the ones that reach out and for whatever reason touch me.I also seek any family last names, such as Cox,Cover,Vaughn.I usually enter the info directly from the grave marker, but will add any info requested. If any errors are found please let me know and I will correct.I do find such peace and love and sadness while walking these sites. Also every one of these I have entered I actually walked the cemetery. Therefore a little more personal to me. .I want to apologize for all my errors. When I first started entering graves 16 years ago, i wrote the info down and transferred it, many times it was raining or I just could not understand my writing. Later years I add from a picture usually. So please forgive my early attempts.

Thanks very much for the photo. I know it is difficult to locate grave sites there. I live more than 200 miles away and can't visit often.

Thank you so much for his grave photo. I looked to see if you put up Lora his wife and didnt see hers. I did some research and added her. Her photo request is up and you could add the photos to her grave. I appreciate how you added Mr. Athey's with the close up. Great work!

RE: Flooded out??
I'm so happy to hear you've adjusted well to Virginia. Sounds like the graving is awesome. I was blessed with my first grandbaby in October, 2015, and I stay busy with him. Loving this grandmother thing. Do a little graving every now and then, in my (rare) spare time. Keep in touch, my friend.

Flooded out??
I just reread your bio. So sorry to hear you were flooded out. So many here have suffered from the August 2016 flood. We were also affected by the flood, but fortunately not devastated by it because we moved prior to the flood. Good luck in all of your endeavors in your new location.

Hi, Bobby. Thank you for adding my great uncle, and thank you for honoring my edit so quickly. He was the last brother of my grandmother that I was trying to locate. Because of your work, I located him, his wife and his son and son's wife. One more genealogy hurdle cleared I greatly appareciate your efforts.
