Bio

My Wife Linda and I have been working on our family trees for several years. We find gravestones to be invaluable sources of information for tree research. When taking pictures of family gravestones we try to take as many pictures of others to share with others who may not be able to travel as far and wide as we are lucky to do. Please feel free to use any of our pictures for your own use. Also if you have a better picture of a marker please feel free to upload it to any memorial and let us know so we can delete our photo. If you can suggest any corrections to our entries or can add additional information or you find errors on any of my submitted items, please be so kind and let me know so I can correct those. It's important for all of us hobby-family-researchers and historians to remain accurate in the data we publish. please send us a note or use the edit tab. If you would like to have a transfer of a memorial to you, please use the EDIT tab to insure the right one gets transferred. Also please don't hesitate to upload portrait photos as people change over time.
HAPPY HUNTING

I consider the photos I add in here as open for public use. This is a public and free website so I don't make any copyright claim to the photos I upload.

****If you volunteer on this website and decide you no longer want to maintain the records please transfer your records to someone who has an active account and willing to take over the records. I am one of many willing to take over records. This really will help reduce duplicates. It would also be a good idea to leave someone instructions on how to make these transfers should you go inactive without warning.***** Thank You (Borrowed from another FAG Contributor)

I believe in linking relatives, where possible, so that people who may not have access to paid genealogy sites can find related memorials.

I enjoy genealogy and appreciate all the people who have taken the time to create Find A Grave memorials and take photos so that others can find their ancestors.

BE KIND TO ONE ANOTHER, WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES.

Since the move to Ancestry in 2013 and the new website, newspaper obituaries, death certificates, and other scanned documentation is allowed. We encourage members to move the images down to the bottom of the photo display so that they are not the first thing you see when viewing a memorial page.
