RE: James W. Mabry Photos
Thank you James for letting me know of the new pictures that you posted to the memorial. It is a nice progression of pictures of Rev. Mabry. You can see the different styles as well as how he aged over the years. They look GREAT!

RE: Rev. James W. Mabry
Hello Mr. Polan

I have many old turn of the century albums from various families who have donated them to me over the years as Family Historian for many families. What is interesting is that many of them include pictures of their pastors in their family albums.

This is an example of one. This also says Rev. J. W. Mabry at the bottom. I'll be looking for your additions to the site. Thanks for asking.

I am loosely related to the Ryers (same great grandfather) and would love to have the photos. I also belong to the Dallastown Historical Society and am a member of the church where they are buried. I would like to scan them for myself and then donate them to one of the other organizations. How can I get the money to you?

RE: Danville Wellington Yeager Photos
The one m appreciate has a SP which is a spigot at the top of the cemetery (up on the hill). The center if the cemetery is a tree. There is a road that runs through it.

The other map is the sections to the left of the main cemetery.

Good luck, Gary

RE: Danville Wellington Yeager Photos
Bill, I got a plot map of the cemetery from the Montour Co. Genealogical Society and started looking at it. I found that it is not easy to follow but I mapped out the sections.
There is a website:

http://www.webcemeteries.com/Public/Default.asp?PubCem=80

That site has the names of the people buried there and the plot number. I used this to search and find the people for Find-a-Grave photo requests. I then marked them on the plot map and set out to search and photograph the stones.

Your Wellington and Hannah Yeager are in plot A 468

Are you local to Danville? I have copies of the plot maps that I can get to you or mail to you. The Webcemeteries site a great resource to find people at the cemetery. It does take a bit to understand how the cemetery is laid out.
