Bio

I'm 74 years young; an ex serviceman who served 12 years in the Australian Regular Army in the foodstuffs and stores section in the Royal Australian Army Ordnance Corps (RAAOC).
I live at Cleveland, in beautiful sunny Queensland in one the best and safest countries in the world - AUSTRALIA.
I have in my possession the Dunwich Asylum Admission Forms - 1866 - 1947 with gaps as some admission forms, especially from 1910-1927 are missing.
I have been notified by Qld State Archives that any record that is less than 100 years cannot be provided.
If you are seeking an inmate who was in Dunwich Asylum I could help you. They may have been admitted and discharged and/or died in the Asylum. They are full of family history and includes where and when they were born; their parents and spouse's name; children of inmate and musch more. so please get in touch and I will be glad to send you the relevent information.
I am a member of Find-a-Grave and have placed most of those who died within the Asylum on this site.
Also those who died in World War 1 and 2 are on this site and am now putting together their relevent information.
