These 2 ladies were charter members of the Nebraska State Genealogical Society (NSGS) in 1977. It seems they are both related to you. I hope it's okay I'm using your photos from here for a slide show for our 2017 annual conference.

Hi Judy. The dates in the middle of this headstone are GAR (Grand Army of The Republic) 1862 - 1865, which means this man fought in the Civil War.

Jessie Easter
Hi Judy,

Sent you an email but not sure it's working.

I recently created a memorial for Jessie Easter (117479223) who didn't have one and uploaded the grave photo I took. But when I linked her to her parents I noticed you uploaded a photo of Jessie's grave to her mother Sarah's memorial (63187585).

So I removed the one I posted to Jessie's memorial and thought you might rather move the one you took from Sarah's memorial over to Jessie's, and then perhaps delete it from Sarah's?

I am searching for info on Perces (Jameson) Cowing, born about 1820 in New Hampshire. Her mother is Joanna Jameson, age 77, born in New Hampshire according to the 1860, Fairfield Township, Jackson County, Iowa census., The 1850 Elk Grove, Cook County, IL census lists Perces (Persis) Cowing with a Samuel Jameson, age 24, born in New Hampshire. Could this person or info connect with your family? Please reply. Thank you.

Sorry its take so long, but I should be making it over to the cemetery this afternoon. I no longer have the claim to the photo but as long as no one else claims the photo today and the office is open to help me find the marker. I should get the photo posted tonight.

Hello Cousin!
Gilbert and Charlotte Hull Nettleton are 2nd Great Grandparents. They are the parents of Lulu Nettleton Gaddy, My Great Grandmother. Lulu's son, Lester N. Gaddy was my Grandfather.

How are you related?

I have a Family genealogy book, The Button Families of America where I was able to piece a bit of the puzzle together.
