Bio

We are a husband and wife team. We found Find a Grave thru our state genealogy site. We looked up a family cemetery and found it listed only 70 of the 300 graves located there. None listed was our immediate family. So one afternoon we drove out there and took pictures of every grave and came home and documented the entire cemetery.Since then, we have made sure some other smaller cemeteries are completely documented. We are all saddened when we see a grave that had a marker that is now unreadable due to weather and time. Our family tree includes Elder,Watts,Drake,Migdat,Brasewicz and Pielnik. We enjoy taking pictures of graves when we have time and you are welcome to use the pictures in family research or family trees. We hope our efforts will assist future generations in their research.THIS IS A CEMETERYLives are commemorated - deaths are recorded - families are reunited - memories are made tangible - and life is undisguised. This is a cemetery.Communities accord respect, families bestow reverence, historians seek information and our heritage is thereby enriched.Testimonies of devotions, pride and remembrance are carved in stone to pay warm tribute to accomplishments and to the life - not death - of a loved one. The cemetery is homeland for family memorials that are a sustaining source of comfort to the living.A cemetery is a history of people - a personal record of yesterday and a sanctuary of peace and quiet today. A cemetery exists because every life is worth loving and remembering - ALWAYS.Author Unknown
