Bio

I live in Colorado Springs and take photos as we travel around the area.

NOTE: If I add photos to a gravesite that I did not originally contribute, and I have any notes or observances to include, you must CLICK ON THE PHOTO (enlarge the photo) to read them. I will include neighboring grave names if the plot is fenced or has "cement curbs." In some cases, I can check my photo files to see what graves were immediately before and after the specific photo (if I was photographing sites in order). Please contact me if you would like an "original" photo sent to you (not cropped, clearer image).

And please use any photos you wish for your family trees, etc. [no need to credit the photo to me - it's not a work of art or a "one-of-a-kind" shot!] I know most of the photos I contribute will probably never be seen or used, but I'm excited when they are a help to somebody. (let me know if if you found a photo that helped your search!) Most photos are taken "on the fly" - enroute to somewhere - and I can usually only get a few at those times (knowing I may never return to that cemetery), so I hope what I do add is of value to this site. If nothing else, I can preserve some of them visually - as so many are rapidly deteriorating; getting harder to read, as well as decomposing and breaking apart - and some, sadly, have been vandalized or hit by cars and lawnmowers. But I will save what I can!

P.S.: Glad to transfer ownership of ANYONE not related to me! Nothing would make me happier than to adopt out all of my non-relative memorials. I believe this should be an effort to provide information - not compete for the most additions. AND PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ID # with your request. [and use the Edit tab to make a request]

Also, I work 2 jobs and do volunteer work, so if I am slow getting to your link / info requests, hang in there! I will eventually get to them.
