Hello, I have been doing family research in the Sumner, Macon Co., Tennessee & Allen Co., Kentucky areas since 1978. My children are the descendants of dozens of family surnames in this area. My father (J.R.) was born and raised in the Turner's Station community of Sumner Co., mother (Betty Hauskins) in the Rocky Mound community of Macon Co. My wife, Margo Pearson is also from this area, her parents James & Betty (Simpson) Pearson, were both raised in the Fairfield/Providence community of Sumner Co.
