I am lucky enough to have lived right next door to the "necropolis" that is Colma, Ca. I'm currently residing in central Arkansas. I love to photograph cemeteries, as well as do rubbings & casts of gravestones. I'm a hearse owner (3!) and collector of all sorts of morbid & macabre things.I am a photo volunteer... I volunteer to take photos because of my love of photography and my passion for funerary architecture. I am by no means a professional, but I believe that every picture I take has all of "me" that I can put into it. All the time spent trudging through cemeteries, searching record books and endless computer print outs, having your car locked in the cemetery and having to walk home 'cause you were determined to find that one last grave, has a pay off in the end; Its so worth it to me when someone just says 'Thank you.'
