Bio

I have worked on genealogy off and on for over 40 years. My family interests are Hanks, Wykle (Wykel) and other spellings, Bradshaw, McCormick, Kemp, Cox, Hayes, Kellogg and many other names. I mainly work in the Decatur, Illinois area because most of the older relatives are buried here. After I retired I was told about FindAGrave and it has become a very useful tool. My cousin (Teri) is also interested in genealogy and we now work together. We have been spending a lot of time researching burials at Gouge Cemetery and Sharon Cemetery, aka Wykles Cemetery. Over half of the people buried at Sharon Cemetery are related to our families by blood or marriage and have lived in this area for many years. Donna

I will add any information sent to me and I am happy to transfer any person that is not our immediate family.
