I am the only surviving child of Vena Ella Cunningham McQuay. I currently reside in Freeport, Bahamas. My Mom passed away 3 weeks ago (May 25th, 2017) and it is still hard to take in. I am very grateful for Find a Grave. For it has helped me a lot with my grieving. I took care of my Mom full time for the past 7 months. So, I have yet to return to the workforce. I am doing a little catering which kind of helps in getting my life back to normal. Cooking is something that I truly enjoy. Even though it brings back a lot of memories with regards to my Mom.
