I am married with 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. Born in New Castle,Pa,lived on the Mt Jackson Road until I graduated from Mohawk Hi, I received as BS from Slippery Rock STC, and Masters Elem Ed from Elmira College, Elmira, NY. Was a teacher for 8 years, work in two different credit unions for 20 years in a management position, and then managed a leasing company in North Carolina for 10 years. Retired to Western North Carolina where I currently do my family genealogy, gardening, sewing, painting, and babysitting grandchildren. Families I am researching are: Harding, Haupt, and Reisinger all from Western Pa, New Castle, Mt Jackson, Wampum, Plumer, Polk, Franklin, and surrounding areas. I take pictures of cemeteries in the different areas that my family lived when on vacations and enter them when possible to help with Find-a-Grave lists. I have gotten listings done by historical societies and I'm trying to enter as many as possible, to help others with their research.
