I've put the link to one of my webpage's here, in case you'd like to learn a little bit more about me.
I've quickly learned that Find A Grave is a wonderful place to be.
The first person I recorded here was my father, Albin D. Waskevich. He and my mother were married for 18 years before they finally separated. He was a wonderful man before alcoholism got the best of him and took over his life.
My mom remarried the year after I got married. We always kid each other about that. She turned 87 in July of 2009.
We never know what God's plan for us is. Many times we ask "why?" but then we must accept what He has placed in our path and ask "Why not?" I believe that everyone has a cross to bear and we just have to deal with it the best we can. The saying that God never closes one door without opening another has proven to be true time and time again. It has always seemed that each time I didn't think I could get through a particular challenge, a change would suddenly present itself, easing the way once again.
Take care and always remember to have faith and think positive.

My dear Mom went to heaven on July 4, 2011. Loretta (Mitchell) (Waskevich) Groleau. I miss her more than words can say.
