Bio

Thank goodness it is time to update my bio. Less than two years ago when I first joined Find-A-Grave, I was having trouble just identifing my grandparents! But now I can proudly say not only do I know now who they were, but I actually have photos of some. To me this is a miracle, I have discovered living DeLoach relatives that were unknown to me and through their kindness the puzzle has finally come together. So I want to send special "Angel" kisses to: Sybil DeLoach Safrit, David W. Day, Linda DeLoach Pitts and Brenda DeLoach Blount. And if not for Pamela C. Kelley and Sue Smith Ferranti in AL the branches of my Smith family tree would almost be bare. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me my past. I love you Edmund, thank you for allowing me the time and understanding my need to do this.
Susan

P.S. I just want to say thank you to those who took the time to stop & leave flowers & notes for my Mom: Mildred B. Franklin, my Dad: James C. DeLoach, his brother: Fred D."Junior" DeLoach & my sweet Mother-in-law: Ana Maria Uribe. If you have a minute please stop by & visit my best friends Bonnie T. West & Desiree Holliday. Special prayers to angels, Sherrice Iverson and Joella Reaves who were taken far too soon.
Please visit the memorial left for Eugenia B. Day by her husband of 42 years, David W. Day. "Jeanie" was a beautiful woman with a zest for life, she is loved & missed by her family so much. David has become a very good friend,(also my 4th cousin, once removed) helping me trace my Georgia roots and providing me with so many photos that have helped connect me to my ancestors. Thank you, David.
God Bless All of You!
