Bio

In February 2008, my son invited me to join his Geni Family Tree which sparked my interest in the family histories for myself and that of my wife. Since then, I have researched birth, death, and census records (Winning, Hudelson, Wilbur, Howell, Jolly, Dye, Oates, Hibbert, Poage, Clark and Krigbaum families) which have given me a wealth of information. I have walked cemeteries in and around California and Nevada as well as visited local museums which gave me some interesting family history. In May 2009, my wife and I took a road trip through several midwest states to walk some cemeteries as well as visit some family. While I am new to being a genealogy sleuth, it has become quite a hobby and I find it's like putting pieces of a puzzle together and oh so fun!
