Anyone interested in having transfers of memorials?
I'd like to keep my families but that's about all.

My husband is Larry and we have two grown children and three grandsons.

Larry is very good at stopping at cemeteries as we travel across the country and he is even good at looking for gravestones! Maybe he thinks that is better than sitting under a tree waiting?

I have been at this family tree business for 45+ years and I have enjoyed every minute of it. During this time I have discovered some of my greats were not so great and my family tree is full of rotten limbs!

In December 2012 an email buddy of mine that I met via the Internet while filling photo requests for Find A Grave passed away. I miss his daily emails and his friendship! I requested Find A Grave transfer all his memorials to me to maintain. It took several months a while to get this accomplished but they did transfer them to me in June 2013.

I hope I can maintain his memorials the way he would have! If you are interested in maintaining any memorials added by Chuck Lewis, please let me know and I will transfer.

I know how exasperating it can be to request changes, additions or transfers and get no responses......then finally give up and contact Find A Grave to complete the requests....and then that takes forever too, if it ever gets done!

As you can tell from the numbers, I have taken many more photos than were requested. I photographed all of a couple of small cemeteries that were not listed with Find A Grave. But are now... and those people are not lost anymore. And had taken a lot of pictures to finish up several cemeteries because I believe all graves with a memorial need a photograph of the stone.

I will gladly transfer memorials if they are not related to me....might even transfer some of those greats that were not so great! :-)
