If the memorial I have created is not related to my family, I would be pleased to turn over ownership to a family member.

Photos on Find a Grave should never be used without permission, and the source should always be credited. This is consistent with FAG guidelines. Attribution credits people's work, and also provides provenance for the photo.

My policy is that others may use the photos of HEADSTONES I have posted for personal use, but users should reference that it is a photo posted on FAG by Ellen and give the date and memorial number.

As a courtesy please DO NOT copy PORTRAITS unless you are immediately related or a direct descendant. I gives me the creeps to see my close relatives on strangers' trees. The same reference request applies as appropriate.

If you send me an edit and I don't respond right away, please send me a message; FAG does not alert us to edits and someitmes I miss them. Please provide sources for your changes unless they are obvious, especially links. People trust and copy FAG data, and the effects of making an error are hard to undo.
