I have been researching my family history since 1995. I love this stuff. It is super exciting to uncover a nugget of information that you didn't know about before.

I live in the Detroit area and in my spare time (hehe) travel to some cemeteries where I have ancestors. On those occasions I try to be prepared to take pictures of some graves of interest, but it is most helpful if you have plot information and even a map, as most of my trips happen on weekends when offices are closed. Any of the pictures or other information that I have posted to findagrave.com can be used by anyone for whatever NON-PROFIT purpose they would like.
