I have sort of dabbled in genealogy off and on for years, never really as seriously as some people, but have tried to get a little background of our family together just in case any of the grandchildren would be interested in their heritage one of these days.

I have always enjoyed taking pictures and have taken pictures for years of grave sites of my family and friends, so Find A Grave is right down my alley. I live in South Central Tennessee and post mostly to the cemeteries in this area and some in North Central Alabama. I usually get my information from the Funeral Home obits, and some from the newspaper obits, so the information that is entered is all that I have. I also try to make trips to the local cemeteries to take gravestone pictures as often as possible.
