Bio

I have be doing genealogy research since the 1960s wile I was in Vietnam and in the service I use to send a request to LDS in Salt Lake for $1.00 they would research and send you information what they Had. I was born in Framingham, Mass and lived at 59 Granite St. in Ashland Mass from 1951-1964 then moved to
Hopkinton first on Haydenrow St. Then 11 Church St. I enlisted in the army in 1969 went to Vietnam 1970-1972. After Vietnam I was stationed at Fort Mead, Maryland then went to Korea for a year then to Fort Hood, Texas. then back to Korea and back to Fort Hood and then back to Korea. I left the military in 1984 and my Father moved back to Minnesota and everyone else did to. So I did to. In 1987-1990 I worked for Lockheed Support in Panama and was in Operation Just Cause. I live know in a little house that I own way out in the country in Blind Lake Township, Cass Co. Minnesota. I have cataloged the Wabedo cemetery for my township and other cemetery's in the area. I have found a lot of graves unmarked and doing research finding who they are and listing them I have got a lot of good response One case the family put up a stone. I think It is important to take the time and research a cemetery and find and list the name and location. Many times I list a name and a Picture of the grave stone I get and update with more info to add and thanking me for finding them. I think that is what Find a Grave is all about. I want to find the missing the unmark graves and find the location. I will be retiring in 2013 and will be able to spend more time researching I have notice that Ancestry.com has been adding find a grave records when you do a search . I think that is cool. Am willing to help anyone in the central Minnesota area. Some time we travel over 20 miles or more to a cemetery and that is on country roads from one town to another in the same county.
