Bio

I have spent twenty years researching several family lines and my intent is to find the "true" facts and not just run with what is found on the internet as there is so much misinformation posted.. I try to find many sources and verify my information to the best of my abilities. I personally do not assume connections without a large degree of proof. Genealogy research is always one step forward and many steps backwards until you find those family members that you seek, if you ever do. Believe it or not, everything that you find on the internet is not the "gospel truth" as anyone can post anything and call it the facts without backup evidence. I have been down too many blind alleys, hit too many brick walls and been led astray too many times only to have to go back and start over once again time after time as all of us who search have done. Once posted misinformation spreads as wildfire from site to site with little to no documentation included or cited sources.

I was blessed with a family line that passed information down through the generations through family stories and great memories. I wish all of the lines that I research were as thorough. My Dad was a living history book of the family and knew details, names, dates and personal stories to share with all of us.
