I was born to Anthony and Dorothy Passanante DiSipio September 30, 1944, in Pueblo, Colorado. Dr. Frank Annibale Nicoletti delivered me at St. Mary's Hospital.

Baptized at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Pueblo by Father Edmund E. Behiels in the same church where my parents were baptized and married by Father Salvatore M. Giglio. My Baptism Godparents are my maternal aunt Catherine "Rena" Passanante Capozzola and my maternal uncle Jack "Chase" Passanante.

My sibling Connie was almost six years old when I was born. Connie was my Sponsor when I was confirmed, and I took on her middle name Marie. I made my First Holy Communion and Confirmation at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church in Pueblo.

First Job was part-time Posting Machine Operator and Posting Clerk, March 1962, at St. Mary-Corwin Hospital in Pueblo, Colorado. Cashier, St. Mary-Corwin Hospital. Employment Counselor Trainee, State of Colorado, in La Junta, Colorado. Instructor, Elaine Powers Figure Salon. Auto Insurance Clerk, then File Clerk @ Valley Insurance Agency, Grand Junction, Colorado. File Clerk, Parkview Episcopal Hospital Business Office, Pueblo, Colorado.

Married Ernest Edward Erskine (1971). We divorced (1978). No children.

Resident of Montrose, Colorado since August, 2002.

Many of my family members are buried at Roselawn Cemetery in Pueblo, Colorado.

Here is one of my favorite poems ... I memorized it in my 9th grade English class taught by Mrs. Cordelia Smith at Keating Junior High School. It is a Poem by Rudyard Kipling:

"L'Envoi"

When Earth's last picture is painted and the tubes are twisted and dried,
When the oldest colours have faded, and the youngest critic has died,
We shall rest, and, faith, we shall need it -- lie down for an aeon or two,
Till the Master of All Good Workmen shall put us to work anew!

And those that were good shall be happy: they shall sit in a golden chair;
They shall splash at a ten-league canvas with brushes of comets' hair;
They shall find real saints to draw from -- Magdalene, Peter, and Paul;
They shall work for an age at a sitting and never be tired at all!

And only the Master shall praise us, and only the Master shall blame;
And no one shall work for money, and no one shall work for fame,
But each for the joy of the working, and each, in his separate star,
