I live in Columbus, GA close to the Chattahoochee River, a former link to the Gulf of Mexico for Cotton and fabric merchants in the late 1800's. The railroad took that job in the 1900's and then we lost that industry later on. This is a former mill town and has lots of history, obviously - my family worked the mills and the farms in this area and has made my family search challenging at most times. I've discovered some secret family cemeteries (not mine) along the way and that is interesting in itself. My real joy is making music and helping others sound good when they make music, too. Still enjoy traveling, watching people, and walking paths that have been traveled for hundreds of years. Have a great day!
