David Edwards
Dave, thanks for taking the photos of David Edwards grave. He built the first Stone building in Minneapolis, MN actually St. Anthony at the time. It unfortunately was destroyed when Pillsbury bought the property. It was 3 stories tall. He lived in the house, had a business in the ground floor, a meeting hall on the second and a living space on the 3rd floor. He perpetrated a cave hoax in the local newspaper that was even put into an encyclopedia! He supplied staples to lots of people who settled here. He moved here from Dover, MO in 1853.
