|Kirk B Mayer||Connection to Noble & Sanders|
Kevin, I found your name as a Find A Grave contributor for several Sanders family members. Are you connected to Mark and Elizabeth (Cawdery) Noble? They are both buried in Friends Cemetery, Newberg, Oregon.
|Corey Anderson||Marker for Everett Brandt|
I believe I found the burial location for Everett Brandt in another cemetery (not Sherburn Cemetery). I have a picture of a marker for Everett and Dorothy Brandt in Saint Luke's Cemetery in Sherburn, Minnesota. There is no date of death on the marker for either person. However, there are flowers on Everett's side. If this memorial is moved to Saint Luke's, I can add the photo, but I do not want to mislead anyone (by thinking the marker is in Sherburn Cemetery).
|Candis Carbone||Headstone for Marvin Lowe in Yamhill|
I believed that Marvin Lowe, buried in the Yamhill Friends Cemetery, was born on the 3rd of June. His headstone also has this date. However his birthdate is given as 30th of June in the description in Findagrave. Could that be a typo or is there other information a available?
Thanks for volunteering for findagrave!

With such an age difference between Nathan and Martha, do you have any clues as to the name of the first wife?
Not to be a pest but I just noticed that you have done much at Danevang Cemetery in Texas as well. I have been there many times as well participating in some of the activities there and just last June playing the piano for the 15th Anniversary Celebration of the Danish Heritage Museum there. This would definitely lead me to believe that you have Danish "roots". I am interested in anything Danish and while "my" Danish roots are in Iowa I am intrigued by my Danish heritage. I wrote my Master of Church Music degree thesis on "The Hymnody of Denmark - A Historical Study" and have continued my research and now genealogical studies since then....well over 30 years. I look forward to hearing from you. Bob
|Bob Olsen||Hans Christian & Matilda Hansen|
I do not recall if I have written to you before or not but I want to thank you for your work At Fredsville Cemetery neaer Dike, Iowa. My maternal great-grandparents are buried there as well as other relatives. I have just last night discovered that my Maternal great-grandfather's parents are also buried at Fredsville...Hans Chrisian and Matilda Hansen. I found a listing for Matilde but do not find the "right" Hans Christian. Apparently their gravestone is weathered but I was told that Hans Christian is listed on one side of the stone and Matilda listed on the other side. I just visited Fredsville in September on a trip back home (Tama, Iowa) but did not have the knowledge of my Great-great-grandparents burial there. Do you live near Fredsville??? I am not sure when I will be back in Iowa but would really like to get a photo of the gravestone for Find A Grave! I am also looking for a connection to Alva Thuesen, wife of Ralph. I noted that Ralph is buried there but Alva was not buried beside him (and if living would be in her late 90's). Alva was the daughter of Marius Hansen, my grand mothers older brother. I am attempting to contact someone from that "branch" of the Hansen/Thuesen family to update family genealogical information. If you can help me in any way I would appreciate hearing from you. Mange tak,
Bob Olsen Houston TX (born and raised in Tama, IA) email@example.com

|Gia Lugo||Jens P. Holm|
I had previously believed Jens P. Holm to be my great great grandfather Jens Svendsen Holm but found out two days ago that I was incorrect. I have no idea if the birth date you have for this man, Jens P. Holm, is correct, but the birthplace is of my correct great great grandfather (Skedsmo, Akershus, Norway). You might want to remove that until you have the correct location of his birth.
Thank you and sorry for the mistake!
