Thank you
I have a feeling I'll be 'seeing' more of you as I am originally from Long Beach. I'm now far away, so very happy you have taken the time to walk the cemeteries, photograph and post your photos.

I came across your photo of Thomas Sturdy and ask permission to use in my public online family tree. I like to name the photographer and site findagrave as my source to help others.

Thank you for your consideration and for your efforts ~Lisa

By the way, isn't Sunnyside now Forest Lawn?

Thank you for the photos of Charles & Mary Atwood. May I have your permission to use the Atwood photo(s) in my tree? I love to give photo credit, it is highly deserved and appreciated.

Sunnyside Cemetery - Henrietta (Grawburg) Kethroe
Many thanks for getting the stone pics on for Henrietta and her husband. I've searched for her for a while and it was exciting to finally find her.

I wonder if you'd allow me to use the picture in the family research, with credit of course?

RE: R G Painter
Hello Robert,

Beside taking pictures of wargraves, I have now started with my wife a small business in which we are placing dayfresh flowerboucquets on wargraves, memorials, cemeteries from Ypres to the Somme. I have started this business due to the many requests from people around the world.

This service can be found on our website:

In the customer section you will find an example of a commemoration I did last week for a Scottish client in Dunkirk.

If this service would interest you please drop me an email:

It would be great if you could share this with people you know.

best regards,
Claude Verstraete

Thank you ever so much for taking the photograph of my grandfather's grave. (Frank Robin Fletcher) It is impossible to get into this cemetery to visit the graves of many of my relatives. This cemetery has fallen into a state of disrepair. The cemetery has been neglected and it has been closed for public viewing.
Again thanks for all the work you do.

I'd like to thank you for adding my relatives to find-a-grave. I don't know if you are transcribing the entire cemetery, but you are doing a great service for the community and beyond.

Jennie Lind
Thanks again for the transfer of Jennie. Nellie, who is also listed on the gravestone was Jennie's half-sister. She died in Long Beach, CA 18 Feb 1969. Wish I knew if she was actually in the same spot as Jennie! - Connie
