Tim, I am Byron Griest's daughter-in-law. I too have created a memorial for him. Could we combine your and my memorial into one please? I included on my site a bio from the Triad, his OMEA magazine that honored him upon his death. Your bio was well done. Please let me know if we can either link them together. If you could give me the ability to manage it, I will do so.

When I originally created his memorial for the East Galway Cemetery in New York it was my belief that he was buried there. I visited the cemetery this past fall & took photos of the gravestone for his wife & her family. They are part of my mother's family. I did not see a gravestone for him which I thought was unusual. I have since done some more research & found that he was actually buried in Galion Ohio with his parents etc. I confirmed this with the Fairview Cemetery office & moved his memorial to there. Your photo request was automatically moved when I did this. I have added the plot location the Fairview Cemetery office gave me. There are several of his family members buried in that cemetery lot per their records.

Hope this helps.

Best regards
Lynn
